Terms & Conditions
Renuvi Wellness LLC (the “Company”) provides health and wellness information including information about naturopathic medicine, psychiatry, and holistic health and wellness, through articles, online videos, links, blog posts, newsletters, virtual meetings, health programs, and other products and publications (the “Service” or “Services”).
Accessing this website, any other website maintained by Company, and/or Company’s related social media accounts (the “Site” or “Sites”) in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes use of the Site and your agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You should not use this Site unless you agree to the Terms and Conditions.
USE OF THE SITE AND SERVICE
To access or use the Site, you must be 18 years or older and have the requisite power and authority to enter into these Terms and Conditions. Children under the age of 18 are prohibited from using the Site or purchasing the Services. Guardians who have custody of minors may access the site on behalf of said minors. Information provided on the Site and in the Service is subject to change.
The Site contains information, communication, software (including program code that may execute on the server or that may be embedded in or downloadable from individual pages on this Site), images, sounds, music, graphics, photos, videos, and other materials and services (the “Content”).

Renuvi Wellness LLC reserves the right to discontinue the offering of any Services to customers and/or clients at any time and for any reason without prior notice.
CANCELLATION POLICY
By scheduling an appointment or joining a membership program with Renuvi Wellness LLC, you are signifying that you agree with our cancellation policies.
Appointment Cancellations: We request a 48-hour notice, and require 24 hours notice received during our normal business hours for canceled or rescheduled visits. If you fail to notify us of a missed appointment 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged a $75 late cancellation fee plus the processing fee required to refund the remainder of your money. If you attempt to reschedule your appointment without giving 24 hours advance notice, you will be required to pay the $75 late rescheduling fee before your appointment can be rescheduled. If you are a program member and you fail to give 24 hours notice of a missed appointment, you will not be able to schedule any future appointments until the $75 late cancellation or late rescheduling fee is paid.
DISCLAIMER
By utilizing the Site and Service, you are requesting Renuvi Wellness LLC and the providers and staff associated therewith to serve as your consultants. Dr. Janelle Louis, ND, PMHNP-BC holds a doctorate-level degree in naturopathic medicine and is licensed to practice medicine in the state of Vermont. She also holds licensure as a psychiatric nurse practitioner in multiple states; however, when working through Renuvi Wellness LLC, Dr. Louis functions exclusively as a consultant and educator and cannot legally diagnose or treat any disease, physical or mental. Therefore, as a customer or client of Renuvi Wellness LLC, our staff will serve as your consultants. Any evaluation, supplementation, or recommendations submitted by Renuvi Wellness LLC or our staff to clients, whether verbally or in writing, is not intended as a substitute for the care of a licensed healthcare provider in your home state or country; you should seek an opinion from a physician for any current or future medical concerns.
The health and wellness information (e.g. blog posts, etc.) on the Site is intended for education purposes only. Use of the Site and the Services does not create a provider-patient relationship between the doctors or staff associated with Renuvi Wellness LLC and you.

Success stories shared on this site, whether through writing, video, or other means, are the true stories of the individuals described or those describing their own experience. Because everyone is different, Renuvi Wellness LLC and Dr. Janelle Louis cannot guarantee that each customer or client will have the same result, even if they have been diagnosed with the same condition.
ACCOUNT CREATION AND TERMINATION
In order to use the Service, you may be required to provide information about yourself including your name, email address, and other personal information. You agree that any information you give to Renuvi Wellness LLC will always be accurate, correct, and up to date. You must not impersonate someone else or provide account information, an email address, or any other information that is not your own. Your account must not be used for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction. You may, when necessary, provide information to schedule an appointment on behalf of a minor of whom you have custody.
In the event that you violate these Terms and Conditions, Renuvi Wellness LLC reserves the right to cancel or terminate your participation in the Service or your right to use the Site or any part of the Site at any time without notice and without refund. In the event of termination, you are no longer authorized to access the part(s) of the Site affected by such termination. The restrictions imposed on you with respect to material downloaded from the Site, and the disclaimers and limitations of liabilities set forth in these Terms and Conditions, shall survive.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with, and governed by, the laws of the State of Georgia as applied to contracts that are executed and performed entirely in Georgia. The exclusive venue for any arbitration or court proceeding based on or arising out of this Agreement shall be Fulton County, Georgia. The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement by mediation, which shall be conducted under the then current mediation procedures of The CPR Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution or any other procedure upon which the parties may agree. The parties further agree that their respective good faith participation in mediation is a condition precedent to pursuing any other available legal or equitable remedy, including litigation, arbitration, or other dispute resolution procedures.
SEVERABILITY
If any term, provision, covenant, or condition of this Agreement is held by an arbitrator or court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, the rest of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and shall in no way be affected, impaired, or invalidated.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between us and you with respect to the Site, Services, Content, and Website Design and supersede and replace all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, with respect to the same.
